Prevent
- 13 Elite is
a high maintenance program designed to give the ultimate care to your
laser printer(s). Once your laser printer is checked and found to
be in top working condition it becomes eligible for this program.
Any repairs needed to make your laserjet printer(s) in top working
condition will be charged accordingly at a discounted price. After
this initial service, PTI will perform a 13-step overhaul of your
laser printer along with a professional cleaning and lubrication.
This program warrants your machine, including parts and labor EXCLUDING
the *maintenance kit and optional accessories, for any breakdowns
for a period of one full year. If a maintenance kit is needed for
this machine the price for the maintenance kit will be reduced in
honor of this agreement. Once under the Prevent - 13 Elite maintenance
contract, PTI toner cartridges must be used at all times to continue
warranty program.
All labor charges for optional accessories repair will be discounted
by 50%. All part prices for accessories will be discounted by 15%,
off regular retail price.
*A maintenance kit is a standard manufacturer recommendation. If needed,
price is discounted.
